Pre-solicitation Notice Synopsis Subj: MK 152 Foam Cushion Assembly Product Service Code: 8135 NAICS Code: 326150 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Contracts Department, Code 02 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Supply contract to provide MK 152 Foam Cushion Assembly for use in simultaneous shipping of 4 pieces of ordnance at NSWC IHD. The contract will consist of a Base Year and four (4) 12-month options, to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Government will require the following: The Contractor shall fabricate, inspect, test, and deliver storage containers in accordance with the applicable drawings in Table 2.0 and specifications. Components shall be packaged by part number and ready for use. Award is expected to be made in the 2nd Quarter of FY24, with deliveries and quantities specified in Table 1.0. Place of performance is at contractor site. Delivery destination is: RECEIVING OFFICER BLDG 116, 4522 MCMAHON RD, SUITE 100, Indian Head, MD 20640-5035. Material: Cushioning material, packaging, polyethylene foam, in accordance with A-A-59136, Class I, Grade D, Type I. Flame spread index shall not exceed 125 and shall be tested per ASTM E162. Specific optical density shall not exceed 400 and shall be tested per ASTM E662. Color similar to blue-gray, color no. 35109 in accordance with FED-STD-595. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. Paper copies of the solicitation and amendment(s) will not be provided.
