Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract on a competitive basis to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable for fabrication of Cushion Foam for use in simultaneous shipping of 4 pieces of ordnance, loaded at Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD). The contractor will fabricate cusion foam used for assembly in MK 152 Foam Cushions at Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326150. The associated Product Service Code (PSC) is 8135. The proposed contract action is for supplies, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with full and open competition under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.401(a)(2), "The award will be made on the basis of price and other price-related factors."
