Sources Sought for MK 152 Warhead Cushion Kits This is a Sources Sought Notice. This Sources Sought neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government from an ultimate acquisition approach. This Sources Sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this market survey. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division is seeking potential sources for the manufacturing of Cushion Foam for use in simultaneous shipping of 4 pieces of ordnance, loaded at Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD). Material: Cushioning material, packaging, polyethylene foam, in accordance with A-A-59136, Class I, Grade D, Type I. Flame spread index shall not exceed 125 [BAMCUNI(1] and shall be tested per ASTM E162. Specific optical density shall not exceed 400 [BAMCUNI(2] and shall be tested per ASTM E662. Color similar to blue-gray, color no. 35109 in accordance with FED-STD-595. All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number, and CAGE Code.
