The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for the manufacture PA-92 Shipping Containers for the MK 152 Warhead Program in which the intent is to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. PA-92 containers are cylindrical metal containers with a cover assembly on one end that can lock in place. Desired quantity is currently projected to range from 2,200 to 12,200 containers. The method of Source Selection will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The NAICS code is 332439, the standard size is 500 employees, and the PSC code is 8145. Offeror(s) are required to complete their registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database via the website https://sam.gov/content/home. Failure to register in SAM makes and Offeror ineligible for award of DoD contracts.
