Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Indian Head, Maryland, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company in Hollister, California. The contractor shall conduct ordnance assessment testing of quantity (44) Government furnished TH04 Igniters. The fleet-returned test samples will be furnished by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport (NUWC DIV KPT). Testing shall be conducted with the process, procedures, and equipment consistent with those used in Lot Acceptance Testing. The period of performance shall not to exceed 12 months after date of award. Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company, Hollister, California is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform the required testing.
