Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00174-23-G-0003, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order on a sole source basis to MSI. The contractor shall Open and Inspect MK88 MOD4 Gun Mount and MK48 MOD2 Electro-Optical Sight and Repair MK88 Mod 4 and MK48 MOD2 Components in accordance with SOW 23-0003-0002-01. MSI is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame.
