Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00174-23-G-0001, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division - Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHD), intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Minneapolis, MN 55421-1402. The contractor shall provide Open and Inspect and repair the MK 38 Mod 2/3 major 2J Cog Components as specified in Statement of Work (SOW) 23-0001-0002. BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame.
