Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00174-18-G-0001 Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head, Maryland, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Armaments System Division, Minneapolis, MN 55421-1402. The contractor shall provide all necessary material and services required to manufacture, assemble, inspect, preserve, package, and ship MK38 Spares in accordance with SOW 18-0001-0001-09. The required work will be performed through 2023. BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., ASD, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform the work in the required time frame.
