General Hardware (M Department) Master BPA
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division in Maryland seeks to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements for commercial handtools and general hardware, primarily for its Energetics Manufacturing Department. Individual BPA calls will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Performance will be at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division in Indian Head, Maryland. Interested companies must submit specific documentation, including a completed price list, and must have active accounts in PIEE and SAM, as well as ITAR certification via the Joint Certification Program. This is a small business set-aside, and vendors with technical merit will be issued a Master BPA to bid on future requirements.
