This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is N00174-21-R-0045 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-77. This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract; the award will be made based on the lowest price. Three (3) spare batteries and three (3) user manuals for the trucks are also required.
