[Yes Market Research indicated as well as the solicitation bids received did not show enough WOSB to set aside however, it is set aside for small business.] Statement of Work has conflicting dates for this training — item 4 says November/December 2020 and item 8 says TBD. Would flexibility be allowed to conduct 4 sessions over several weeks, possibly even months, given the content of information to allow for reflection and application? [It would be possible to spread these sessions apart. If we were to do that we would prefer to spread them out over the course of weeks, not months.] What are the instructions for submitting a proposal? Are you only looking for pricing or a complete proposal with performance indicators? Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), located in Indian Head, Maryland intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for: Rotating Detonation Engine Exploratory Services. This solicitation will be competed as full and open, and small business set aside. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. N0017421R0030. The NAICS code is 541611 and the business size standard is $16.5 MILLION. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-01 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20190531. 0001. 4 Days of Leadership Training. (See RFQ) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
