Amendment 00003: the purpose of this amendment is to 1) extend the solicitation closing date, and 2) answer questions received in response to solicitation issuance. Amendment 00002: the purpose of this amendment is to 1) extend the solicitation closing date, 2) revise language in Section C, and 3) revise language in Section L. Amendment 00001: the purpose of this amendment is to 1) answer questions received in response to the solicitation issuance, 2) add attachments to Section J, and 3) extend the solicitation closing date. The purpose of this Solicitation N0017421R0007 is to solicit the requirement for the procurement of N-5, Class-2 Carpet Roll Propellant. The proposed contract type will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) acquisition. The Government intends to award a single contract resulting from this solicitation using the Source Selection Procedures without holding discussions. The source selection process will be based on the Best Value, as outlined in Sections L&M of this solicitation. The intended contract will be a single award consisting of a base year and four (4) option years, if found to be in the best interest of the Government. The proposed Contractor(s) shall review this solicitation and all attachments, and submit a full proposal to the Government NLT 3:00PM EDT on 23-SEP-2021.
