Registration is to be done through the System for Award Management (SAM) website https://www.sam.gov STATEMENT OF WORK BELOW: Statement of Work for CONFIGURATION AND DATA MANAGEMENT HOSTING SOLUTION FOR THE NAVAL SURAFCE WARFARE CNETER INDIAN HEAD EXPLOSIVE ORDANCE TECHNOLOGY DIVISION SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT CAD/PAD DIVISION PURPOSE The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Technology Division (NSWC-IHEODTD) Systems Engineering Department (E Department) CAD/PAD Division (E2) requires a hosted Configuration and Data management solution to support various E2 Programs in managing production drawings and technical model data. SCOPE The Contractor shall provide configuration, user setup and/or user account setup, training and solution hosting and support services to the Systems Engineering Department. This effort will provide data storage infrastructure for configuration and technical data management of Systems Engineering Department’s engineering documents including b.n.l.t drawings, models and technical data developed. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 The Contractor shall host the data: a.) The Systems Engineering Department will provide the hosted data. b.) The hosted data will be accessible at any time during the course of the system’s life cycle and only accessed by the Systems Engineering Department. c.) The Systems Engineering Department will solely own its hosted data. 3.2 The Contractor shall provide a “Defense in depth” solution. “Defense in depth” is a strategy in which multiple layers of defense placed throughout the system. It shall address security vulnerabilities for the duration of the system's life cycle. 3.3 The Contractor shall provide 98.5% total uptime in which 95.5% is between 0600-1900 EST (Eastern Standard Time). The Contractor shall alert TPOC and the COR when service is down. 3.4 The Contractor shall provide redundancy in the hosting to prevent loss of data. 3.5 The Contractor shall provide Configuration management controls that will: a.) Allow for Revision/Version Controls, b.) Relation controls between drawings, models and technical data, c.) Work status controls. d.) VENDOR PART NR: 100001450270-0010 3.6 The Contractor shall create/setup user accounts on request within three (3) days from request from the Contracting Office Representative over the course of the contract. Contractor shall electronically send a report of initial users, including account information within three (3) days after the Government provides the names. Subsequently, the Contractor shall provide electronic reports, including account information for new users’ accounts requested by the Government. Reports shall total no more than six (6) reports in all. Contracts Data Requirement List (CDRL A001). 3.7 The Contractor shall provide an electronic report of the usage of the service by the user every quarter electronically. CDRL A002. 3.8 The Contractor shall provide copies of System Engineering’s complete library of technical data, and/or items necessary to reconstitute data library upon request or at the end every quarter on DVDs and at the end of contract. CDRL A003. 4.0 Deliverables 4.1 CDRLS shall be submitted by the Contractor for the following deliverables: 4.1.2 15 Windchill User concurrent accounts. CDRL A001. 4.1.3 Usage Reports. CDRL A002. 4.1.4 Quarterly DVDs of back up data at the end of each quarter and upon end of contract. Files that shall and/or be included: .prt, .asm, .drw, .iges, .stp, .pdf, .dbf., .frm.
