This is a solicitation for other than commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. The Request for Quote (RFQ) N0017420Q0022 will be the only written solicitation which will be issued, unless amended. This is a solicitation for supplies for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWCIHEODTD). This requirement is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The NAICS is 332710. The size standard is 500 employees. The FSC is 1377. This requirement is for the following: Outside Tubes per dwg. 8593684, Rev. D. The quantity is 150 each. The delivery will be due approximately 120 days after receipt of purchase order. GFM of material will be provided.
