Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-18-G-0001, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, 4800 E River Rd, Minneapolis, MN 55421-1402. The contractor shall provide material and services required to manufacture assemble, inspect, preserve, package, and ship the MK38 CAUS Kits in accordance with Statement of Work 18-0001-0001-06. BAE Systems Land & Armaments is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame.
