BOA Order: The NAICS Code is 541330. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00174-18-G-0001, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division- Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Armaments System Division, Louisville, KY 40124-2683. The contractor shall support a Preliminary Design Review (PDR) to assess the design for this process, configuration management, testing and documentation to be provided to the Govt. As part of this review, the contractor shall document any requirements for real time patches to be included in the RHEL8 kernel and obtain approval from the Govt for their use. The contractor shall also provide certifications for personnel performing the work. (Red Hat Certified System Administrator, Red Hat Certified Engineer, Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, etc.), as specified in SOW 18-0001-0002-07. BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., ASD, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame.
