AV MAINT FOR CONFERENCE ROOM (REPOSTED)
This is a requirement for a 1-year base period plus 4 option years of comprehensive maintenance, support, and potential upgrades for an existing A/V system in a conference room. The scope includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, user training, cybersecurity updates, and ensuring compliance with Navy NMCI and security policies. All work must be performed on-site by qualified personnel with appropriate security clearances, and the system resides in a classified operating space requiring wired-only data transport. Quotes will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method, assessing Technical Capabilities and Price.
