AV MAINTENANCE FOR CONFERENCE ROOM
This is a requirement for a one-year base period plus four option years of comprehensive maintenance, support, and potential upgrade services for an existing Audio-Visual system at NSWC. The scope includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, user training, cybersecurity updates, and ensuring compliance with Navy NMCI and security policies. All work must be performed on-site by qualified personnel with appropriate security clearances, and the system operates in a classified space requiring wired-only data transport. The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, considering technical capabilities and price. Required deliverables include maintenance reports, training materials, security assessments, upgrade proposals, and detailed system manuals.
