The Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to issue a sole-source, Firm Fixed Price order to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P. for the manufacture and delivery of MK 38 FY27 Spare Parts. The work will be performed by the contractor at its own facilities. The government believes BAE Systems is the only company with the technical qualifications and facilities to complete the work within the required timeframe.
