NSWC Indian Head Division is conducting market research for sources capable of manufacturing, testing, packaging, and delivering the Loaded Cartridge Assembly DODIC MC91, compatible with the MK 5 MOD 0 Explosive Bolt and meeting WS6061/WS6052 and restricted TDP requirements. Interested vendors must be able to stand up a manufacturing line and provide all deliveries within one year of award, covering 100 production units plus associated destructive test samples. The TDP requires an approved DD Form 2345, signed NDA, and active CAGE code, with work including manufacture, NDT/radiographic testing, packaging, delivery, ATF/NEW/DoD compliance, inspection capabilities, and lead-time/pricing information. The questionnaire asks respondents to describe production history and capacity, material/energetic loading availability, delivery schedule, ROM unit and stepped pricing, test reports, compatibility with the explosive bolt, tooling/GFE needs, and small business subcontracting/NMR compliance.
