Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming Firm Fixed Price, Small Business Set-Aside IDIQ contract to manufacture and assemble ordinance handling equipment and spare parts for the Naval Surface Warfare Center. The Government intends to award multiple 5-year contracts. The work must be performed at the Contractor's own facility. Interested small businesses must be registered in SAM and must be ITAR certified with an approved DD Form 2345 to access the technical data.
