The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division in Indian Head, Maryland, intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order for a FENIX INSIGHT SUBSCRIPTION. The evaluation will be on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis, and quotes must not exceed $250,000. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via email by May 6, 2023, at 12:00 PM EST. Vendors must have an active CAGE code in SAM and a WAWF account to submit a quote. The award will be made to the responsible vendor with the quote most advantageous to the government, considering price and other factors.
