BOA Order: The NAICS Code is 332994. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00174-23-G-0003, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division - Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order on a sole source basis to MSI-Defence Systems US LLC (MSI-DS) (7XRR8), 1298 Galleria Boulevard, Rock Hill, SC 29730-6671. The contractor shall furnish the services of qualified engineers, logisticians and safety engineers to support Naval Personnel (military and/or civilian). Authorized services, by in-house personnel, shall include, but will not be limited to, modification, preparation and finalization of all required ICD’s, logistic support documentation, engineering support, system safety support and documentation, training and fleet technical support. Engineering Support shall include, but not be limited to, the development and implementation of Class I and Class II ECPs to address obsolescence issue or to improve system performance. Engineering and Technical support in providing analysis and technical studies in the area of mission-related reliability, maintainability, availability (RMA) and Quality Assurance (QA) engineering. View/graph presentations in support of technical meetings and program reviews, including attending such meetings and program reviews may be authorized as specified in Statement of Work (SOW) 0003-0002-01. MSI-DS is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame.
