Subject: Synopsis for Depot Level Replacement Parts and Technical Support for the MK3 Mod 1 Series Remote Ordnance Neutralization Systems (RONS) The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head, MD 20640, intends to award a sole-source contract to Remote Ordnance Neutralization Systems (RONS) for the procurement of Depot Level Replacement Parts and Technical Support for the MK3 MOD 1 Series. The proposed contract, N00174-18-D-0037, will only be negotiated with REMOTEC, Inc., located at 353 J.D. Yarnell Industrial Parkway; Clinton, TN 37716 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. It is anticipated that the award will be a firm-fixed price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract. This requirement is being conducted under Classification Code 1385 and NAICS Code 333999.
