Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract on a Sole Source (SS) basis to Chant Engineering Inc., for the purchase of one (1) Sing Manufacture and Weight Testing Facility. Chant Engineering Inc. is the only vendor capable of providing a complete turnkey solution to meet the requirements identified for swaging and weight test facility.
