NSWCIHEODTD has a requirement for manufacturing, testing, inspecting, accepting and shipping of Ethyl Cellulose (EC) Inhibiting Tape for use as the peripheral inhibiting wrap for rocket propellant grains (Double Base type). The Government intends to make award to a qualified source and a second award to an unqualified source to become qualified after successfully completing First Article Testing (FAT) in accordance with the requirements set forth in the draft SOW.
