The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) - Picatinny Detachment, is re-soliciting previously synopsized procurement of (3) types of bulk cables (W3, W1, W51) to be used in creating the cable assemblies during shipboard installation of the MK 38 MOD 2/3 for the 25MM Machine Gun Systems. Solicitation N0017419-R-0157 will be re-solicited as a Firm Fixed Price Full and Open Competition acquisition. The intended contract will consist of a base year only and will be awarded using the Source Selection "Trade-Off" evaluation procedures (Located in Section L&M of this RFP). The proposed Contractor(s) shall review this solicitation and submit a full proposal to the Government NLT 09-DECEMBER-2019 by 3:00PM EST.
