Project Name: Di-N-Butyl Sebacate (DBS) and 2 Nitro Di-Phenyl Amine (2-NDPA) Premix. This announcement is in reference to Solicitation Number N00174-19-R-0133. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head EOD Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) intends to solicit quotations from qualified Small Business firms for a firm-fixed price contract to procure Di-N-Butyl Sebacate (DBS) and 2 Nitro Di-Phenyl Amine (2-NDPA) Premix Chemicals. The contractor must have the ability to manufacture and deliver premix in accordance with the specifications of the Statement of Work. The Government award will be based on A Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 325199, and the small business size standard is $7.5 million U.S. dollars. Contractors must be currently registered as a small business for this solicitation's NAICS code. Offerors not listed as a small business for the appropriate NAICS may be deemed ineligible for further consideration for award. Offerors are required to have a DUNS number and an active registration in SAM (www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government.
