NSWC IHEODTD has a Brand Name requirement for Lyondell-Basell United States Pharmacopeia (USP) Grade Propylene Glycol (PG)(product code 499204). The USP grade propylene glycol is reacted with mixed nitrating acid to form acidic propylene glycol di-nitrate (PGDN). The vendor must have the ability and quality consistency to annually deliver a minimum of 41,400 lbs up to a maximum of 165,600 pounds of Propylene Glycol USP (PGUSP) as specified here-in (quantity based on a minimum of one (1) to a maximum of four (4) truckloads; each truckload containing eighteen (18) 275 gallon IBC Totes each containing 2,300 lbs. of PGUSP. There will be a Base year and Four (4) options. If all Options are exercised the total contract will be for five years. The requirement will be Full and Open Competition. The NAICS Code is 335199. The Size Standard is 1,250 employees. The FSC Code is 6810. The Solicitation Number for this requirement is N00174-19-R-0101.
