NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) intends to award a firm fixed price sole source procurement with Design Integrated Technology Inc. 100 E Franklin Street, Warrenton, VA 20186 to provide: CLIN 0001: Qty: 2 D10400XX, 40 Gallon Custom Temperature Conditioning Bath •· Operating range of -65 ºF to +165 ºF •· +/- 1 ºF full-scale accuracy. •· PID programmable Controller with dual LED display with RS 232 communications port. •· Exterior is 45.75" wide x 38" high to counter top x 32" deep. The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any sources exist, and therefore, no Request for Quote (RFQ) is available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider all information received by 8/29/2019. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon the responses received from this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
