The Naval Research Laboratory anticipates awarding a Cost Plus Fixed Fee term contract for Optoelectronics, Power Electronics and Radiation Effects Research. The contract would include a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods, totaling five years, and may also include a six-month extension under FAR 52.217-8. Award is contingent on adequate and proper funding, and this RFP is not authorization to start work; the Government may cancel the requirement. This is a follow-on requirement currently supported by Amentum.
