The solicitation is being withdrawn, and no award will be made under this notice. Upon review, it was determined that the requirement for Palo Alto software should have been fulfilled through the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) in accordance with DFARS 208.74 and DFARS PGI 208.7403, which outline the required acquisition procedures for commercial software licenses and related services. As a result, this solicitation is cancelled, and no award will be made under this RFQ. Vendors who submitted quotes will be notified accordingly. Any future opportunities related to this requirement will be posted under a new solicitation number on the appropriate contracting platform (e.g., SAM.gov).
