Notice Type: Sources Sought Title: NRL Dual Chamber Thin Film Sputter Deposition System Notice ID: N00173-24-SSN-DH01 Response Date: In accordance with the due date determination listed via SAM Interested Vendors List: Yes Original/Update Set Aside: N/A NAICS: 333242 Semiconductor Machinery Manufacturing Place of Performance: Naval Research Laboratory DC DESCRIPTION: The Naval Research Laboratory is searching for potential sources that are capable of meeting the requirement described in the attached Specifications for Dual Chamber Thin Film Sputter Deposition System. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is to: Determine if an adequate number of qualified, interested contractors capable of performing the work further described in the attached draft Specifications exist; and Determine if the contractor can meet the required specifications NRL asks that the interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information: Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) with associated contact information Business Size/Socioeconomic Category for the identified NAICS Unique Entity ID and/or CAGE Code Capabilities Statement detailing the specific hardware set that meets the Government’s provided Specifications. Clearly identify the items by brand name (if any), make or model number, and include any descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference to previously furnished descriptive data or information.
