Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services’ (DLIS) Joint Certification Program in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or Export Controlled information in Contract Opportunities. NRL requires engineering support services for Electro-Optic and Infrared (EO/IR) measurements and simulations. The contractor shall perform R&D of EO/IR signatures and susceptibility, EO/IR threat simulators, and other electronic warfare (EW) technologies and concepts for protection of US Navy and Marine Corps platforms. This work encompasses the entirety of an EO/IR threat, from detection through successful countermeasure (CM) to the CM effectiveness assessment (CMEA). The work to be performed is further described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW), titled “CUI – 24RGA03 Draft SOW”. Current Contract: N0017318F2062, Envisioneering, Inc.
