This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is in support of market research and procurement planning being conducted by the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), Washington, DC. This RFI/SSN is for informational and planning purposes only and does not guarantee that this will be competed. The Government assumes NO financial responsibility for any costs incurred. A solicitation package is not available at this time. OBJECTIVE: The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential vendors with the capability to perform the requirements set forth in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) entitled “HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL, LABORATORY ANALYSIS, AND EMERGENCY SERVICES”. The intent of this RFI is to determine if there are available vendors that are capable of performing the work described in the attached draft SOW; and to determine set-aside possibilities for qualified Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women-Owned Small Businesses, 8(a) Business, or HubZone Businesses. NRL anticipates this effort will be performed on a Firm Fixed Price basis. The anticipated Period of Performance for this requirement will be five years from date of award. The following documents are attached with this RFI: Attachment 01 - Draft SOW CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT: Interested parties, at a minimum, shall supply all of the below required information in a Capability Statement. Requested Information/Format: NRL requests potential sources with the capability to fulfill the requirements set forth in the draft SOW, to provide the following information via email. Response should be limited to no more than 10 pages.
