OBJECTIVE The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential sources that are capable of meeting the requirements described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The draft Personnel Qualifications are also provided for reference. CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT The NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information: Contact/Business Information a) Name of Company b) Point of Contact (POC) c) Business Size/Socioeconomic Categories and number of employees d) Level of facility clearance maintained Technical Information a) Describe whether your company can provide the types of services included in the attached SOW b) Prior experience of similar scope in the attached SOW c) Does your firm consider this requirement to be a commercial (as defined in FAR 2.101) or noncommercial service? d) Recommended existing contract vehicles (i.e. GSA OASIS, FSS, Seaport) e) Any questions/suggestions related to the draft SOW f) Suggested NAICS and PSC for the effort Responses should be no more than 10 pages, and should be emailed to the Contract Specialists at deborah.whang@nrl.navy.mil and connor.murphy@nrl.navy.mil.
