The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have the interest and capability to build and provide HVAC Maintenance Services for twelve (12) months in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items to respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall also include the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and DUNS number. (2) Business size for NAICS Code 238220. (3) Estimated price for market research purposes. (4) Industry commentary on the current version of the Statement of Work. (5) Provide certifications as required in the Statement of Work. The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socio-economic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
