OBJECTIVE The Naval Research Laboratory is searching for potential sources that are capable of meeting the requirement described in the attached draft statement of work (SOW) and Additional Requirement Details below. The draft Personnel Qualifications are also provided for reference. The Government is providing updated SOW and PQs, as well conducting additional market research based on the results of prior market reseearch. CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT The NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information via email: Contact/Business Information a) Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) b) Business Size/Socioeconomic Categories and number of employees c) Does your firm have a current facility clearance? d) Suggested government-wide contracting vehicles (OASIS, SeaPort, etc.) Technical Information a) Description of capabilities/resources relevant to the attached draft SOW b) Prior experience of similar scope/complexity in the attached draft SOW c) Any questions/suggestions related to the SOW d) Suggested NAICS and PSC for the effort Responses should be no more than 5 pages, and should be emailed to the Contract Specialist(s) at Brent.Robinson@nrl.navy.mil and Heather.Dinsmore@nrl.navy.mil. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.
