This is a Request for Information (RFI) for potential R&D capabilities in optoelectronics, power electronics, and radiation effects to support the Naval Research Laboratory's Electronic Sciences and Technology Division. The work is to be performed at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, DC. The government anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals for a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract and is currently contemplating full and open competition. Responses to this RFI will be used to help shape the final requirement and determine if a set-aside is appropriate. Interested parties must submit a capability statement following a specified format.
