This is a Request for Information (RFI) to gauge industry interest and capability for providing engineering and technical support services for specialized research and development equipment, including parabolic antenna systems and RF subsystems. The primary performance locations are the NRL Pomonkey Facility in La Plata, Maryland, and an associated OCONUS facility. The anticipated contract is a five-year award with a one-year base period and four option years. The Government is contemplating a small business set-aside based on the responses to this RFI. Responses are requested by March 20, 2026, for market research purposes and to inform the potential solicitation.
