Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Research Laboratory seeks to purchase a new Schneider Electric Galaxy VX 500 kW N+1 UPS system, requiring bidders to be authorized OEM resellers or distributors. The work will be performed at NRL locations in Washington, DC; Monterey, CA; and Stennis Space Center, MS. The evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method, and award may be made without discussions. All equipment must be new, covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and vendors must provide authorization documentation.
