Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Research Laboratory seeks to purchase a new Schneider Electric Galaxy VX 500 kW N+1 UPS system, requiring bidders to be authorized OEM resellers or distributors. Services will be performed at and delivery is required to multiple NRL locations in Washington, DC; Monterey, CA; and Stennis Space Center, MS. The evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method, and award will be made on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis to a Total Small Business. All equipment must include full OEM warranty and service, and quotations must confirm acceptance of the solicitation's terms and conditions.
