Coaxial Loads
The Naval Research Laboratory seeks to purchase coaxial loads, requiring new equipment from authorized OEM distributors with full manufacturer warranties. Delivery is required to multiple specified locations including Washington, DC; Monterey, CA; and Stennis Space Center, MS. The evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method, and award may be made without discussions. Offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration and include specific terms and conditions acceptance statements with their quote.
