This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for a firm-fixed-price purchase of new brand-name or equal equipment, where vendors must be authorized OEM dealers or distributors. The performance locations for delivery are the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, DC; Monterey, CA; and Stennis Space Center, MS. The evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method, and award may be made without discussions. All quotations must include a statement accepting the solicitation's terms and conditions or listing specific exceptions.
