Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Research Laboratory seeks to purchase new Tactical Sensor equipment, requiring vendors to be authorized OEM distributors providing full manufacturer warranties. Services will be performed and delivered to specified locations in Washington, DC; Monterey, CA; and Stennis Space Center, MS. The evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method. All quotations must be submitted via email and include a statement accepting the solicitation's terms and conditions. The government intends to award a purchase order and may do so without discussions.
