The intent of this RFI is to gauge industry interest and search for potential sources capable of fulfilling a requirement for an electron analyzer. Currently the government intends to award a sole source to ScientaOmicron for this purchase. If you believe your company meets the NRL requirement please submit a response to this notice. The draft minimum technical requirements for the electron analyzer are in the attached specifications. The Government is currently in the planning stages for this procurement and may continue to modify the language within the requirement as necessary.
