THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. The intent of this RFI is to gauge industry interest, capabilities, and relevant experience to support NRL personnel in performing the requirements stated in the attached draft SOW. The Naval Center for Space Technology (NCST), located at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, D.C., is searching for potential qualified and interested sources capable of performing the requirements set forth in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) entitled “Transmit/Receive Enterprise (TREx) Service”. These sources will support the Spacecraft Engineering Division, Code 8200. NCST develops spacecraft and ground systems for DoD, NASA, and numerous other Government agency customers. These efforts have resulted in successful satellites missions in low, medium, highly elliptical, and geosynchronous orbits. See attached draft SOW and RFI document for additional information. Questions shall be submitted no later than 28 June 2024. The RFI will close on 2 July 2024 at 5pm EDT.
