The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for the delivery and installation of a commercially available free standing, Cryogen-free Superconducting Magneto-Optical Cryostat with an integral confocal microscope (objective in cryostat) providing diffraction limited optical characterization of the sample. Samples will consist of monolayer or thin films of 2D materials, topological insulators, ferromagnets, antiferromagnets and heterostructures thereof.
