The Contractor shall provide the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) with the necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, packing, containers, labels, packing slips, Land Disposal Restriction documents, and manifests (State and Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest). The Contractor shall perform tasks designated by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to accomplish the sorting, sampling, stabilization, packaging, profiling, labeling manifesting, transportation and off-site (off NRL property) treatment, and/or disposal. Items designated by the COR may be hazardous waste, waste chemicals, chemically contaminated equipment laboratory equipment and installed plumbing systems, and biological hazardous waste or regulated medical waste containing heavy metals. Radioactive material, asbestos, and explosives are excluded from this contract. Performance Work Statement is enclosed for
