When submiting a proposal, Solicitation # N00173-22-R-LN10 and N00173-22-R-JD21 can be used interchangeably. NRL will receive responses to ths solicitation with either or both solicitation numbers. This Solicitation is for Optoelectronics and Radiation Effects Research. The general scope of this requirement is to provide scientific and engineering support for advanced semiconductor materials, devices, and circuits to increase capability and reliability of military missions for both terrestrial and space applications. NRL intends to award a single Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract to a single vendor from this solicitation. Please note that all RFP, amendment(s) and/or publicly releasable documentation will be posted to Contract Opportunities at beta.sam.gov. Interested Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the site for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued.
