Updated 3/8/2022: Providing answers to recently received questions, as well as providing an amended SOW and recent twin otter maintenance data. Scientific Development Squadron ONE (VXS-1), a subordinate command of the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), conducts Science & Technology (S&T) experimentation and advanced technology development. This requirement is to provide a complete 5-year corrosion inspection with overlapping Airworthiness Directives (ADs) as well as all required Equalized Maintenance for Maximum Availability (EMMA) maintenance items for the DHC-6-300 Twin Otter Aircraft 7933255. This requirement will also consist of maintenance, repair, and overhaul of certain aircraft parts and accessories. To meet functional requirements, it is important that all of the tasks outlined in Attachment 1 - Statement of Work are met. For additional details on the submission of quotes, please see the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation N00173-22-Q-CM01 and Attachment 1 - Statement of Work, which is issued in accordance with FAR Subparts 13.5 and 12.6.
